LAISSEZ PASSER

This form must be completed by Equatorial Guinean citizens who need to travel urgently back to Equatorial Guinea while their passport has expired or has been lost. The application must be submitted in person at the Embassy or Consulate closest to the applicant's place of residence. However, in extraordinary circumstances, it may be processed electronically if the relevant authority determines that the applicant cannot travel to the Diplomatic Mission. Once approved, this Mission will issue a salvoconducto , requesting the relevant airport authorities to allow the bearer of said document to return to their country of origin. The safe-conduct permit is valid only for travel from the jurisdiction of the issuing Diplomatic Mission to Equatorial Guinea and must be used within thirty (30) days of its issuance date.
